Bonnybridge Youth Football Club

Welcome to the new Bonnybridge Youth Football Club website ' MON THE BRIG '

Bonnybridge Youth Football Club was established in 1997/1998. The club was formed by Mr Ian Allison and Mr David Moffat, who at this time decided that there was a severe lack of sporting facilities, in the Bonnybridge area and something needed done for the youths of Bonnybridge. It was then that Ian and David came up with the club name.BYFC Club Badge

There was 1 team of around 12 boys and girls playing friendly matches at the age of 9/10. After about a month the demand for more places was so great that the lads started another team and as they say the rest is history and its all thanks to the Bonnybridge community.
We had a major breakthru when McCormack Glass agreed to sponsor BYFC on a permanent basis. Jack, Ross (Bob to his pals) and their team are one of the major reasons the club has progressed so quickly.

BYFC have grown to be a force in the short time the club has been running. We have won league titles, cups, tournaments, festivals and friendlies at home and as far away as Holland.

Under 19 Squad

The club has worked hard to keep up a good reputation and make new friends wherever we travel all around the globe. Our oldest team travelled to Berlin last Easter and were given a personal invite from tournament organisers to return at no expense to our club, which speaks volumes for our teams.

Speaker's Night at the Dobbie Hall

BYFC will be holding a Speakers Dinner Night at “The Dobbie Hall”, Larbert on the 7 th March 2008.
